Run focused territory scans without turning ZIP codes into surprise costs.
SpotLeads helps pool and property-service teams detect likely opportunities from aerial imagery, then prioritize the addresses worth calling first.
Core workflow
- 1Choose the service you sell, usually pools for pool cleaners or tennis courts for court contractors.
- 2Search a ZIP code or city to center the map. The ZIP defines the market, not an automatic promise to scan every parcel.
- 3Start with a focused scan to validate lead quality, then use expanded coverage when you want more of the ZIP.
- 4Review the map, lead table, owner details, property type, sale signals, and confidence labels.
- 5Export CSV or use the Agent to prioritize the highest-value outreach list.
Scan coverage
Focused scans cover the selected area around the ZIP or city center. Expanded ZIP coverage breaks a larger ZIP into multiple focused zones so the platform can show an estimated credit cost before work starts.
This model is intentional: it keeps scan time predictable, prevents large ZIP codes from silently consuming margin, and makes it clear to customers what they are paying for.
Credits and cost
Customer-facing pricing uses scan credits and plan limits, not raw tile counts. Internally, cost is driven by map tiles, image analysis, enrichment, and background processing.
When an area is large, SpotLeads estimates the number of focused scan zones and shows whether the user has enough credits before the scan is queued.
Lead quality
Detection results are probabilistic. A high-confidence marker means the model found visual evidence consistent with the selected target; it does not guarantee a property has an active pool, needs service, has the listed owner, or will become a customer.
Use owner enrichment, recent sale status, residential versus multi-unit segmentation, and pool confirmation signals as prioritization inputs, not as legal, financial, or guaranteed business advice.
Opening season priority
For pool scans, SpotLeads can flag Opening Season Priority leads. This is an inferred outreach signal based on seasonality, market latitude, detected pool size, recent sale activity, residential-route fit, and confirmation signals.
It does not mean SpotLeads has confirmed algae or current water condition from live imagery. Use it as a timely call-list ranking signal for opening, cleanup, and first-service outreach.
